Kinesis personal training

Using the patented 360 rotating pulley system, Kinesis Personal Training is designed to meet your specific training needs. Kinesis is movement based, offering more functional resistance-based training where you can move freely in three dimensions compared to the two-dimensional constraints of more standard cable-and–pulley machines. Additionally, unlike standard training equipment, which is built to accommodate average sizes, the kinesis system is free form and easily accommodates people of all shapes and sizes. The setup allows you to move more naturally and thus mimic most any movement, whether for a competitive edge or for negotiating everyday life. With only a small number of fitness facilities offering the benefits of the kinesis system, this is truly a unique opportunity to participate in one-of-a-kind training experience. A specially trained kinesis personal trainer takes you through a customized training session utilizing the Kinesis fitness studio. Choose from golf, tennis, mind & body, improved mobility or strengthening personalized sessions.

Stability ball training

This program is for advanced gym-goers to help you to strengthen, tone, and firm your legs, the back of your arms, chest, buttocks, shoulders and abdomen. Exercising on a stability ball forces your abdominals to work harder due to the unstable nature of the ball.

Run/walk to fitness

If you want to run or walk in the city, this class will give you a chance to do so. All ability levels welcome. We will meet in main lobby. An instructor will provide leadership and help you develop a walk /run fitness program.

Aqua motion

Motivated water workout that combines cardiovascular aerobics with strength training using the density of the water as resistance.
